Coffee and cocoa processing for social development

Promote coffee and cocoa cultivation among farmers in South-Ubangi to provide households with additional sources of income, under organic farming conditions and by planting in fallow land, without cutting down the remaining dense forest. The harvests will be delivered on the one hand to a factory for processing cocoa beans into cocoa powder, and on the other hand to a factory for processing coffee cherries into roasted coffee, all for the local market.
